Lucy Lambton Therapy

Eco & Psychodynamic Therapist

My therapy practice

Therapy can help you find balance & hope in your life

I am a compassionate and experienced Psychodynamic & Eco therapist, based in Lewes, who will provide you with a safe space where you can talk openly and freely without judgement.

My sole focus will be to support your emotional well-being. Life throws up difficulties for all of us at various points. You might be struggling to cope, at a challenging crossroad in your life or uncertain of the best way forward. You could be feeling confused or stressed or overwhelmed.

I will help you have a deeper understanding of yourself. Walking alongside you as, together, we explore your sense of why you feel the way you do.

Your therapeutic journey will allow time for you to become curious and empowered. Deepening your self-awareness and giving you the space where you can grow and heal.

About me

I completed my BACP accredited Psychodynamic Therapeutic training in 2017. I also have a degree in Psychology with Social Anthropology.

Since finishing my Diploma, I have gained further specialised training in Adult and Childhood Trauma at Wealden College in Sussex, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the WPF Therapy centre in London and Nature Allied Psychotherapy with the Nature Therapy School.

I believe in the importance of self-care and in my personal development as a therapist. I really enjoy learning and reflecting, spending time swimming, in the woods and walking.
